Our clients are looking to hire enthusiastic, driven, and reliable Temporary Administrative Assistants to provide excellent services. Our clients range from luxury beauty brands and corporate financial firms to the hottest new startups, and everything in between.

Salary/Hourly Rate: $15/hr – $20/hr

Position Overview: These Temporary Administrative Assistant positions can range from a few days up to a couple of months. The opportunity is ideal for actors, freelancers, artists, students, etc, looking for supplemental income without the commitment of a permanent role, while building experience and expanding their network. This position would begin ASAP, as we are looking for Temporary Administrative Assistants who are able to hit the ground running in a fast-paced environment. The Temporary Administrative Assistants will be responsible for supporting the department in all aspects of their day-to-day operations.

Responsibilities of the Temporary Administrative Assistants:

  • Maintain the culture and environment of the client as the first point of contact
  • Provide a high level of customer service and hospitality to clients
  • Correspond via Phone and email
  • Organize and set up meetings
  • Handle general office duties such as mailing, copying, faxing
  • Complete data entry projects
  • Assist with ad hoc projects

Qualifications for the Temporary Administrative Assistants

  • 1 – 3 years of experience working in an administrative capacity
  • Experience with Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook
  • Stellar interpersonal skills
  • Must be a team player
  • Working knowledge of Concur is a plus

Education Requirements: 

  • Bachelor’s Degree preferred
