Job Description

Our Client, an industry leading manufacturing company in Mercer County, NJ, is seeking a Supply Chain and Replenishment Analyst to help spear head their Supply Chain initiatives in the newly renovated manufacturing plant. The ideal Supply Chain and Replenishment Analyst will have 1-3 years of experience. Recent graduates with strong internship experience are welcome to apply.

Compensation:
 $15-$20 p/hr Temporary ($45,000-$50,000 Perm)

Position Overview: 
The Supply Chain and Replenishment Analyst delivers, develops, and maintains procurement data and key metrics to guide timely assessments of the department’s and suppliers’ performances and drive business decisions. This position requires a strong level of detail and accuracy, analytical and problem-solving skills, and experience supporting operations and supply chain strategies.

Responsibilities of the Supply Chain and Replenishment Analyst:

  • Receiving analyzing, and responding to a high volume of communication each day
  • Managing the order process flow to contract specifications
  • Interacting with various levels and departments within client organization
  • Ensuring optimal delivery performance by selecting the best carrier and managing the tracking process
  • Maintaining inventory accuracy
  • Successfully managing client relationships with various levels and departments of the client team
  • Performing inventory audits, recording results and measuring trends
  • Performing additional duties assigned by company
  • Deploying and providing oversight of key performance indicators, including daily sales, on-time performance, open orders, and department efficiency
  • Ensuring the attainment of customer delivery service targets, 
  • Proactively identifying and resolving potential issues concerning customer-facing issues
  • Collecting quantitative data and reporting qualitative analysis for Supply Chain, OPS, Financial Reporting, and New Sales
  • Performing purchase order and process audits
  • Reviewing improvement (Six Sigma/Lean Manufacturing) processes and status projects.
  • Owner of Supplier and Buyer scorecards

Qualifications for the Supply Chain and Replenishment Analyst:

  • Familiarity with Supply Chain processes
  • Microsoft Excel proficient
  • Ability to perform complex tasks in an efficient manner, with minimal oversight
  • Experience with analysis and reporting
  • Attention to detail
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Outstanding organizational ability

Education Requirements:

  • BS in Supply Chain Management, Accounting, Finance or related field
  • Associates degree with 2-4 years of experience will also be considered
