Our client, a personal care company, is currently seeking a Sensory / Evaluation Admin

Salary/Hourly Rate: DOE

Position Overview: The Sensory / Evaluation Admin will provide administrative support to Evaluation team.

Responsibilities of the Sensory / Evaluation Admin: 

  • Prepare & set up evaluation for respective category teams, including fabric care, air care, personal care and hair care. This could include preparing laundry and washing human hair for evaluation
  • Assist Evaluation in administrative activities such as: PowerPoint support, creating spreadsheets, ordering supplies, library updates, and setting up meetings
  • Run internal panel tests: set up, running, and preparing results
  • Order or shop for new products
  • Project assistance: enter sample requests, track oils, liaise with lab, sample pickup and delivery, enter stability requests
  • Work cohesively and coordinate across various internal departments, such as Creative Fragrance product groups, Perfumery, Marketing and Market Research
  • Liaise with Marketing and CMR both regionally and globally to gather data for evaluation team
  • Other administrative tasks as needed

Qualifications for the Sensory / Evaluation Admin: 

  • A minimum of 2 years of administrative experience preferred, ideally in the fragrance/cosmetic business with a passion to develop a career in the fragrance field
  • Strong administrative & computer skills including MS Word, Excel & PowerPoint

Education Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s Degree
