Job Description

Our client, an international research company, is looking for a Sales Coordinator / Admin to join their growing team near Hackensack, NJ. If you’re looking for a team environment with opportunity to grow and take on versatile responsibilities, then this is the right fit for you. The selected candidate should be fluent in Spanish. 
 
Salary/Rate: $20-25 per hour
  
Position Overview: The Sales Coordinator / Admin will work normal business hours of 8:30 a.m. to 5:00 p.m., Monday to Friday. The Sales Coordinator / Admin position requires someone who can handle a fast-paced and changing environment, while wearing multiple hats as needed.
 
Responsibilities of the Sales Coordinator / Admin:

  • Support directors with calendar and appointment management
  • Handle all administrative tasks for sales team (travel & meetings)
  • Maintain expenses and reporting for director and sales team
  • Assist with projects and planning
  • Run and coordinate on and offsite meetings plus events

Qualifications for the Sales Coordinator / Admin:

  • Bilingual in Spanish a MUST (please do not apply otherwise)
  • Strong proficiency in Excel and Outlook
  • Excellent communication and client communication skills
  • Detail-oriented multitasker

Education Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s Degree and/or equivalent experience and knowledge of field
