Job Description

Our client is a growing consulting firm that specializes in pre-audit, accounting, and SEC financial reporting services to various clients. Our client is in search of a Recruiter to join their team.

Salary/Hourly Rate:
 DOE

Position Overview:
 The Recruiter would be owning the recruiting, hiring, and staffing experience for the organization.

Responsibilities of the Recruiter:

  • Full cycle recruiting: sourcing, screening, interviews and offers for employment
  • Manage all job descriptions for the organization
  • Partner with external staffing agencies to find top talent
  • Coordinate and attend job fairs at local colleges and universities

Qualifications for the Recruiter:

  • Experience with a Public Accounting Firm is a plus
  • Knowledge of accounting
  • Super organized and detail-oriented
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, both verbal and written
  • Experience with Paychex and Applicantstack is a plus
  • Experience with Microsoft Office Suite: Word, Excel, Powerpoint, Outlook
  • Experience with college and university job fairs or university recruiting

Education Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s Degree
