Our client is a growing consulting firm that specializes in pre-audit, accounting, and SEC financial reporting services to various clients. They are now seeking a Recruitment and HR Specialist. 

Salary/Hourly Rate: DOE

Position Overview: Our client is in search of a Recruitment and HR Specialist to join their team. The Recruitment and HR Specialist would be owning the recruiting, hiring, and staffing experience for the organization, as well as other HR.
 
Responsibilities of the Recruitment and HR Specialist:

  • Full cycle recruiting: sourcing, screening, interviews and offers for employment
  • Managing all job descriptions for the organization
  • Partnering with external staffing agencies to find top talent
  • Coordinating and attending job fairs at local colleges and universities
  • Employee onboarding and new hire paperwork
  • Overseeing employee relations
  • Coordinating team building events and culture initiatives
  • Processing HR policies and procedures
  • Handling other HR adhoc projects as needed
  • Supply ordering 

Qualifications for the Recruitment and HR Specialist:

  • Experience with a Public Accounting Firm is a plus
  • Knowledge of accounting
  • Super organized and detail-oriented
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, both verbal and written
  • Experience with Paychex and Applicantstack is a plus
  • Experience with Microsoft Office Suite: Word, Excel, Powerpoint, Outlook
  • Experience with college and university job fairs or university recruiting

Education Requirements:

  • A Bachelor’s Degree
