Our client is a company specializing in personal care products. They are now seeking a Quality Assurance Manager to join their team. 

$85-110k DOE

Position Overview: General duties of the Quality Manager include promoting successful quality assurance and performance improvement throughout the facility.

Responsibilities of the Quality Assurance Manager:

  • Develop, implement, and train facility workers on a quality plan in order to be in compliance with quality regulations
  • Interact with customers in addition to other departments to main product supply and help introduce new product
  • Implement quality procedures
  • Ensure execution of corrective action plans
  • Monitor performance
  • Supervise technical staff
  • Write technical and management systems reports
  • Represent the company in FDA regulatory inspections and customer compliance audits
  • Other duties relating to the Quality Manager position

Qualifications for the Quality Assurance Manager: 

  • Minimum 3-5 years of experience working in Quality Assurance for personal care or OTC products
  • 2-5 years of prior supervisory experience
  • Willingness to travel when required
  • Familiar with validation techniques
  • Experience with ISO 9001 and/or 21 CFR or 210 CFR codes

Education Requirements: 

  • Bachelor’s Degree in applied science or engineering field, Master’s degree a plus
