Job Description

Our client, an industry leading manufacturing company located in Montgomery County, PA, is seeking an experienced Pricing Coordinator to join their Finance and Sales team. Our client is rapidly growing and requires daily interaction with the company’s thousands of clients, vendors and customers.

Salary:
 $40,000-$50,000 DOE

Position Overview:
The ideal Pricing Coordinator must have experience in a fast paced and deadline enforced environment. Daily Pricing Coordinator responsibilities involve consistent maintenance of vendor and customer pricing though guided analysis.

Responsibilities of the Pricing Coordinator:

  • Update Customer prices and/or rebates in company’s internal system
  • Run daily and weekly financial reports to identify discrepancies in customer rebates
  • Collaborate with Rebates and sales team to determine prices for new products and services
  • Gather cost information for new products to calculate profitability
  • Recommend necessary price changes according to market evaluation
  • Prepare profitability analysis reports and present to management

Qualifications for the Pricing Coordinator:

  • Ability to read, analyze and interpret sales invoices and claims
  • Advanced Excel required (Pivot tables, IF Functions and V-look ups)
  • SQL and SAP preferred
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills

Education Requirement:

  • Bachelor’s degree preferred but not required
