Job Description

Our client, a global consumer goods company is looking for a Payroll Administrator to join their growing organization. The company is looking for a candidate with a “work hard, play hard” kind of attitude and feeling comfortable with rolling with the punches. 

Salary/Hourly Rate: $18-22/hour

Position Overview: The Payroll Administrator will be reporting directly to the Payroll Manager. Responsibilities of the Payroll Administrator are listed below. 

Responsibilities of the Payroll Administrator:

  • Processing payroll on a bi-weekly basis
  • Verifying employee’s hourly rate
  • Reconciling payroll
  • Reporting exception and variance 
  • Running audit reports
  • Researching tax issues
  • Handling General Ledger interface function
  • Responding to employee’s inquiries

Qualifications for the Payroll Administrator:

  • Bachelor’s degree preferred
  • 2-4 years of experience
  • Proficient in MS Office Suite, specifically Excel
  • Working experience with ADP (ADP Workforce Now is a plus!
  • Excellent written and communication skills
  • Detail-oriented

Education Requirements: 

  • Bachelor’s degree preferred
