Our client is a growing real estate firm located in the Greater Boston Area and they are looking for an Office Coordinator to join their bustling office. Our client prides themselves on their creative office culture and promoting talented individuals from within.

Salary/ Hourly Rate: 
$15-22 per hour 

Position Overview: The Office Coordinator will be the first point of contact for all visitors coming into the office. As the first point of contact, the Office Coordinator will be responsible for greeting and directing all visitors and guests, as well as answering and tri-aging phone calls and monitoring a main email account. The Office Coordinator will wear many hats, and qualified candidates will be able to execute many responsibilities and maintain a busy schedule within a changing work environment. Qualified candidates will have a demonstrated customer service background as well as previous administrative experience.

Responsibilities of the Office Coordinator: 

  • Provide excellent hospitality to clients and office visitors
  • Serve as the main point of contact for clients and internal employees
  • Answer all incoming telephone calls and emails
  • Organize and schedule internal and external meetings
  • Handle clerical duties such as mailing, copying and faxing
  • Prepare documents and presentations and handle all data entry projects
  • Assist in coordinating and planning events and office parties
  • Other projects as needed

Qualifications for the Office Coordinator: 

  • A positive attitude and outgoing personality, with a self-starter attitude
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills
  • Friendly and professional phone and email etiquette a must
  • Demonstrated time management, planning and organizational skills
  • Intermediate knowledge of Microsoft Office
  • 1-3 years experience in customer service, office or administrative setting
  • Ability to work on a team 
  • Pays attention to detail   

Education Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree required
