Job Description

Our client, a fragrance industry leader, is looking for a Marketing Coordinator to join their growing team near Tenafly, NJ. If you’re looking for a team environment with opportunity to grow and learn then this could be your next role.


Position Overview:  The Marketing Coordinator will work normal business hours of 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM, Monday to Friday. The Marketing Coordinator position requires someone that can handle a fast-paced and changing environment while wearing multiple hats as needed.

Responsibilities of the Marketing Coordinator

  • Assist in development of marketing, training and selling materials
  • Support preparation of sales conferences and market weeks
  • Support product samples management and allocation
  •  Processes department invoices/POs
  • Create and execute reports as per request for the team
  • Work alongside the Marketing team to:
  • Draft material
  • Edit, propose, strategize
  • Process orders for all office, meeting and client supplies
  • Maintain other daily administrative & marketing duties

Qualifications for the Marketing Coordinator

  • Minimum of 2 years of related experience in a similar position
  • Highly organized, detail oriented, able to effectively multi-task and to drive projects forward
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills (verbal and written)
  • Proficient in MS Office (particularly Excel, Power Point)
  • Quick learner for internal programs i.e. SAP, SharePoint, etc.
  • Strong proficiency in Excel and Outlook

Education Requirements: 

  • Bachelor’s degree preferably in Business Administration/Marketing or related field
