Job Description

Our client, a Healthcare Analytics Company, is looking for a motivated and strategic Manager of Talent Acquisition.

Salary/Rate: 100-130K

Position Overview: The Manager of Talent Acquisition will implement strategic and out of the box tactics for recruitment, in addition to sourcing talent themselves.

Responsibilities of the Manager of Talent Acquisition:

  • Source candidates through conventional and unconventional platforms
  • Oversee Talent Acquisition Specialist but also must work as an individual contributor
  • Prepare offers, create and implement strategic closing plans, and negotiate compensation packages
  • Work closely with senior management to design, build, and implement a recruiting process

Qualifications for the Manager of Talent Acquisition:

  • Experience with recruiting for technical roles including but not limited to software engineer, data scientists, etc
  • Minimum of 2-5 years in management position
  • In-house recruiting experience, with some experience recruiting for technical roles
  • Strong oral and written communication skills with a passion to build strong teams
  • Must have a proven track record of developing, building and implementing recruiting processes

Education Requirements:

  • Bachelor degree required
