Our client is an established luxury accessories company looking for a talented and dedicated Luxury Customer Service Representative to become a key component of their team.

Salary: $60-70k DOE

Position Overview: The Luxury Customer Service Representative will be responsible for managing day to day customer service including calls, visits, and emails related to customer service and repair administration.

Responsibilities of the Luxury Customer Service Representative: 

  • Build relationships with clients and customers with their service requests
  • Manage incoming calls, emails, and visits
  • Follow up and resolve service disputes
  • Direct service requests in a timely manner
  • Assist with inventory management in database
  • Track repairs and work with team to hit deadlines for repairs

Qualifications for the Luxury Customer Service Representative:

  • 2-5 years of luxury customer service experience
  • Positive professional attitude
  • Excellent verbal and written communication
  • Strong organizational skills with attention to detail
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and
  • SAP experience preferred

Education Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree preferred
