They are looking to expand their Customer Service team for the evening shift. They pride themselves on providing the very best in class customer service and they are looking for Evening Customer Service Associate who are outgoing, driven, and determined. If you enjoy working in a fast paced environment, this is the job for you.

Salary/Hourly Rate: $15/hr temp | $18ph perm plus unlimited overtime (OT)

Position Overview: The Evening Customer Service Associate will be responsible for the following key areas: speaking with customers over the phone, entering customer data, and providing customer solutions to inquiries. They need people who have flexible schedules and who don’t mind working nights and weekend shifts. The Evening Customer Service Associate will provide support via phone as well as some email. The Customer Service Associate needs to be a team player, comfortable in an ever changing environment, quick on their feet, adaptable, and work well under pressure. 

Responsibilities of the Evening Customer Service Associate:

  • Speak with both exciting and potential clients on the phone and on email
  • Being the point person to handle requests, questions, and any issues in a positive manner
  • Reply to customer email inquiries in a fast-paced environment
  • Think quickly and create creative solutions to any and all problems that arise
  • Provide customer support to both current and prospective clients

Qualifications for the Evening Customer Service Associate:

  • This is an evening position with the hours being from 5:00 PM to 2:00 AM and 6:00 PM to 3:00 AM will also include weekend shifts no exceptions 
  • Must be comfortable on the phone speaking with people and possess strong critical thinking skills and sense of urgency
  • 1-2 years’ experience in a customer service related position OR internship experience within a creative, startup company a plus
  • Can do attitude, motivated to succeed, and passionate about helping people
  • This is a temp to perm position and they are looking for people who want to learn and grow with the company

Education Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s Degree preferred
