Our client is looking for smart, passionate, go-getters that are excited about fashion and providing excellent customer service. They want someone who will join their smart, aggressive, entrepreneurial team and give opinions and join the movement in carving out a new niche in the fashion retail industry. The Customer Service Representative will be an integral part of creating the ultimate consumer experience for all customers, all while gaining excellent industry experience with the opportunity for growth within the organization. If you are innovative, ambitious and looking to jump in headfirst with the client in its pursuit for giving everyone access to the “real thing” in fashion, then this is the place for you.

$12 – $14/hour

Position Overview: 
The client has been an innovative player in the fashion retail industry for many years, with continual growth each year. The client believes that by reinventing the word “ownership”, it will make retail more aligned with how we live our lives and would give every woman access to luxury experiences. The client encourages teamwork and yearns for smart, talented individuals to help drive the initiative. The Customer Service Rep will work Monday – Friday from 10 a.m. to 6 p.m.

Responsibilities of the Customer Service Representative: 

  • Develop and continuously improve overall learning and development program for customer experience
  • Assist customers in finding styles that meet their individual style and event’s needs
  • Troubleshoot and resolve customer issues with the utmost care and respect by listening to their problems and offering creative resolutions
  • Consistently deliver personalized service while meeting quality and productivity goals
  • Share customer feedback and information with other team members and leaders in order to continuously improve and evolve the customer experience
  • Contribute to an empathetic, positive and energetic team culture
Qualifications for the Customer Service Representative:

  • Must be energetic, passionate and excited 
  • Maintain high level of service awareness at all times
  • Be solution-oriented
  • Have a passion for high-end fashion
  • Have strong computer skills (Word, Excel) and be internet savvy
  • Be comfortable making judgement calls and maintaining calm in unique and challenging customer situations
  • Demonstrate impeccable writing skills and friendly, professional phone etiquette
  • Must work well with others and thrive in team environment
  • Must be a problem-solver and retain flexibility in a dynamic environment 
  • Someone with extensive retail/customer service work experience

Education Requirements: 

  • High School Diploma or GED
