Job Description

Our client, a growing manufacturing leader, is looking for an enthusiastic Customer Service Coordinator in their Wayne, NJ location. The Customer Service Coordinator will be a part of a team-oriented environment that aims to excel together.
 
Salary/Rate: $14-18/hr DOE
 
Position Overview: The Customer Service Coordinator will work normal business hours of 8:30 a.m. to 5:30 p.m., Monday to Friday.

Responsibilities of the Customer Service Coordinator:

  • Listen to and intake customers’ requests, questions and concerns
  • Order entry, maintain reports, push through purchase orders
  • Create and maintain reports in Excel
  • Greet all customers & client accounts in a friendly and engaged manner
  • Maintain knowledge of services and products

Qualifications for the Customer Service Coordinator:

  • SAP, EDI or Expert in Excel an advantage
  • Attention to detail and quick learning abilities
  • Strong computer proficiency 

Education Requirements:

  • High School Diploma or GED
