: $15 – $18 an hour 

Position Overview:
We are looking for the most ambitious, top-quality Customer Experience Representatives to present to our clients. Our ideal Customer Experience Representative is someone who is flexible, dedicated, determined, a team player and has a strong passion for providing exceptional Customer Service. Customer Experience Representative positions can last for a few days to a few months. Candidates for Customer Experience Representative positions will have the chance to experience diverse environments, expand their professional network and maintain a steady source of income. 

Responsibilities of the Customer Experience Representative: 

  • Answering customer calls and replying to online chat inquiries
  • Assisting customers in managing their accounts
  • Developing and maintaining a high level of product knowledge
  • Inputting customer information into a database
  • Being a creative problem solver

Qualifications for the Customer Experience Representative:

  • Must be comfortable speaking with people over the phone, email and in person
  • 1-3 years of experience working in a customer service capacity
  • Can-do attitude, motivated to succeed and passionate about helping others
  • Excellent interpersonal skills
  • Ability to multi-task, good organizational and time management skills
  • Ability to read, analyze, and interpret verbal and written instructions
  • Exceptional attention to detail 

Education Requirements: 

  • Bachelor’s Degree or Associates Degree preferred
