Job Description

Our client is an extremely successful and fast-growing tech start-up looking for a Customer Experience Associate to join their dynamic team of rockstars. This company is the leader within their industry and has a fun, collaborative, and open office with endless perks (Think happy hours, team outings, unlimited snacks, catered lunches, etc).

Salary/Hourly Rate:
  $15-16/hour, 40-45K DOE

Position Overview:
 The Customer Experience Associate should be friendly, enthusiastic, customer-savvy superstar to help them deliver an amazing experience to their fast-expanding community of users. As a Customer Experience Associate, you will be the customers’ greatest ally, killing them with kindness and using your problem-solving skills to assist them with what they need. The Customer Experience Associate position would be perfect for a recent college grad looking for an exciting opportunity to take on more responsibilities and grow professionally. This position is temp-to-perm and they are open to both full-time and part-time schedules. 

Responsibilities of the Customer Experience Associate:

  • Answer customer calls and reply to email inquiries in a fast-paced environment
  • Think on your feet to devise creative solutions to any and all problems that arise
  • Assist customers in managing their accounts
  • Become an expert on their product and be willing to jump in and help wherever is needed

Qualifications for the Customer Experience Associate:

  • 1+ years of experience working in a corporate office. (Experience in a start-up preferred) 
  • Strong interpersonal skills – you connect with people and understand their specific needs
  • You must be available to work weekends and some days until 7pm with a rotating shift schedule. They are open to candidates looking to work 25-40 hours per week
  • You’re a true people person! When you see someone smile, it makes your day
  • Amazing written and verbal communication skills – you never shy away from a phone conversation
  • Passionate about understanding problems and making things right

Education Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s Degree required
