Job Description

An established eCommerce company located in Edison is looking for an experienced Call Center Customer Service Rep to join their team.

Salary/Hourly Rate:
$13/hr temp with an increase when position goes permanent

Position Overview:
This is a full-time temp to perm position with great opportunities for growth within the company. Seeking Call Center Customer Service Reps with flexible work availability.

Hours of Operation:

  • Sunday 10am-3pm
  • Monday-Thursday 9am-6:30pm
  • Friday 9am-3pm
  • When working on Sundays, you will be given a day off

Responsibilities of a Call Center Customer Service Rep

  • Answer questions about the product details, the company, and issues with accounts
  • Toggle between multiple computer screens
  • Assist customers with any questions and escalate any issues to management appropriately
  • Perform basic account maintenance activities

Qualifications of a Call Center Customer Service Rep: 

  • Possess excellent communication skills with the ability to provide a high volume of service, along with a high quality of work
  • Skilled in working with desktop computer software such as MS Office, with the ability to quickly adapt to new software applications
  • Previous experience in a call center environment is required
